Shelbe Smith serves as AccessNurse’s Director of Non-Clinical Operations, bringing a proven record of leadership, service excellence, and operational insight. She began her journey with AccessNurse five years ago as a Patient Coordinator and has since progressed through several key roles, including Lead Patient Coordinator, Team Lead, Patient Coordinator Manager, and PC Manager of Operations.

Throughout her tenure, Shelbe has demonstrated a strong commitment to exceptional patient care, operational excellence, and team development. In her current role, she oversees non-clinical operational strategies, leads initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency, and supports cross-functional efforts that advance AccessNurse’s mission. Her leadership continues to strengthen our operations and inspire those around her.
