Becky Goodman serves as the Senior Director of Client Relations for AccessNurse. In January of 2025 Becky joined the AccessNurse team and was promoted to her current position in November 2025. In this role, Becky leads operational and performance improvement initiatives and serves as project manager for the Clinical Transformation & Innovation team, guiding TeamHealth’s work with Strategic Partnerships.

Becky began her career with TeamHealth in 2013 as a project manager in Operations Support, where she led 18 mergers and acquisitions and oversaw the integration of IPC. She went on to build and lead a project management team responsible for new business start-ups. In 2018, she became a Senior Director with the Hospitalist Services team, continuing IPC integration efforts and partnering with senior leaders to help establish what is now the PAC Service Line.

In 2020, Becky joined the Telehealth Service Line, directing workstreams to develop operational processes for TeamHealth’s new VirtualCare product. After launch, she served as Senior Director of Client Relations, leading client implementations, creating the Client Success Specialist role, and managing the team supporting all patient inquiries for VirtualCare.
