These courses cover symptom assessment and emergency identification across all stages of pregnancy, postpartum care with a focus on maternal mortality and postpartum depression, and an in-depth review of our OBGYN-specific triage guidelines. Nurses are also given the opportunity to shadow experienced staff and receive dedicated preceptor support during live OB triage calls.
Beyond initial training, we prioritize continuous learning. Each quarter, our Medical Director, Dr. Delp, leads a virtual Q&A session with the nursing team.
